My parents live their lives for the love of Jesus. They are faithful, but I walked careless of Godly things. For a long time, my father prayed for me, then, during a Christmas service on December 20th 1996, I came to Jesus and received Him as my Lord and savior.
In 1997 I gave my life to serve Jesus. I went to a Bible College in Bali. After I graduated and got married I planted a church in Singaraja, Bali in 2001. By the grace of God, in 2005 I was moved to Kupang. In my ministry in there I saw many people repent and be discipled in Masehi Musafir Indonesia Church.
This is my fourth year serving in ministry with my wife. Praise God, we have baptized 57 people. All of these people are faithful to God. Please pray that we can disciple more people. Amen.

I am very grateful that I have the chance to experience firsthand what it feels like to serve God. I have dedicated my life to Him. I have been equipped through dM Church-Planting School in Medan. Within every situation I am learning to be content. God has entrusted me with music skill and I am willing to be used by Him in any way to glorify His name.

I grew up in Christian family. Since I was a child, I have been taught Christian values by my parents, but I did all things as a tradition only. I had no personal encounter with God. When I was a teenager, my life was so bad. I did many bad things and associated with bad friends and their lives made my life worst. After I finished senior high school, my uncle suggested that I enter Bible school. I made the decision to enter Bible school in Denpasar-Bali. In this school, I finally had an encounter with God personally, and I received Him to become my Lord and my savior. Day by day, I realized that my existence in this school is not by accident but because of God’s calling upon my life.

I thank God that I got to meet His servant in 2005 who encouraged me to be in ministry. They encouraged me that I should leave my old life because I had been involved with alcohol, and bad people. It was not as easy as it seemed but I promised myself that I would make it. I committed to pray and fast and I could feel the change in me. I had more joy, though I had to face many challenges in the ministry. I trust that when God starts something He will eventually bring it to completion.

I give thanks to God for His mercy and His blessings for me. My conversion began when I met a pastor who shared about what will happen to me if I die without knowing about Jesus. He helped to show me my old life and every negative thing that I had done, and that I needed Jesus to forgive me from all my sin. At that time, I was always involved in drinking, gambling, drugs, and shamanism. But, the Holy spirit helped and released me from all those bad things. Thanks to the Holy Spirit and that Pastor, I have found my destiny and started to live a new life for Jesus. After that I decided to enter dM church-planting school in Medan. By the grace of God, now me and my wife are planting a new church in Padang Sidempuan, North Sumatra.

Before I repented, I did all the things that hurt people and disrespect God. After I received Jesus, my life was completely changed, now I can serve Him with all my heart and I know that in all my weaknesses He will enable me to do His will. I want to be His servant forever, surrendering my life in His hands because He gave His life to redeem me.

By the grace of the Lord I received Jesus as my Savior in 1991. After that, I lived a new life in Christ and I received my calling to ministry from 1991-1996 with the united students ministry as a representative from Kupang. After finishing my study in IFTKJ-Jakarta in 2002, I served in Ayalon Oili, West Kupang in Masehi Musafir Church of Indonesia until November 2005, then I moved to Southern Sabu, which is close to Australia, to continue to serve in a different location. Now I am running a new church plant in Kolo Gopo, mountain areas around Eillogo village, since 2008. We harvested new souls, and one of them is the great grandchild of the Chief of the village. I am very grateful that I can serve here.

I give thanks to God for His mercy and grace upon me. My life before I knew Him was horrible. When I was 17, I robbed a big shop. All the money I got, I used just for having fun with my friends. One day, I robbed a woman. I stole money and gold from her, but she shouted so many people came and caught me. They hit me, punched me, and kicked me so many times, and my face was bleeding. Then, the police came and arrested me. In jail, they still hit and punched me until I was badly bruised. But, thanks to God, I gave my life to Jesus, in that jail. There was a pastor who came every week to the jail and he shared about Jesus and prayed for me. He treated me with love and passion. Day by day my heart started to open for Jesus and I felt sorry for all my sin.
After I was released, I met the pastor who served me in Jail and I told him that I want to serve the Lord like Him. Then, he introduced me to dM church-planting school in Medan. After one year in mission school, I was sent to Aek Nabar village to start a new church. Praise God, all the glory to Him.

On August 30th 1996, I lost my beloved mother. I was upset, disappointed, and angry at God because of that loss. I drew away from Him, lived in sin, and this did not stop until June 2001. In that year, one night I was taken by a friend to a youth service. During the altar call I stepped forward and got prayed for because I felt that my life was in vain. That night, I received Jesus as my savior. Since then my life was changed. I made up my mind to serve Him and study in a Bible College in July 2001. Now, I am planting a church in Sabu.
